Are you looking for a position as a Chef de Rang? Work abroad as a Chef de Rang in a popular chalet in the Austrian Alps surrounded by the mountains. Accommodation is arranged by us.
We are looking for a motivated and talented Chef de Rang to join our international team. Are you interested? Read the details below and apply online!
What you’ll do:
- Assist managers/other supervisors as well as lead junior team members,
- Opening and closing of restaurant,
- Taking and fulfilling customers’ orders,
- Cleaning and clearing tables,
- Proper handling of the POS system,
- Other side duties,
- Work in line with the restaurant’s risk aversion programme,
- Assist in health and hygiene audits as well as safety checks.
Who you are:
- Degree, Diploma or technical certificate in Culinary Arts / Pastry / Hospitality / Restaurant Managment / Restaurant Operations,
- Individuals with 1-2 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant/Michelin-starred establishment,
- Passion to develop career in a fine dining restaurant,
- You have a good level of English (B1-B2) and German language,
- You have EU documents.
