Every candidate goes through a recruitment cycle with their assigned recruitment consultant- including pre-screening and also support during their job applications.
After the selection process, your company will receive specifically selected candidate profiles by email. In this email, will be included the candidate's resume, a few details about the interview, and a small summary about the candidate and their motivation for applying for the role.
As our partner, you will review the introduced candidates and you will provide our agency with feedback. If as a partner you would like to have an extra interview with the candidate, our agency can arrange an online interview and also request for references.
