What is requested?

As a Help Cook, you will assist the kitchen team with food preparation and ensure a clean, organized kitchen. You will support the chefs in creating high-quality dishes while maintaining hygiene standards.

This role is perfect for someone with little experience (1-2 years) in a similar role, eager to start a career in the kitchen and gain experience in a professional hospitality setting.

What is expected from you?

Key Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and measuring ingredients
Support chefs with cooking and plating dishes
Ensure kitchen cleanliness by following hygiene standards and cleaning equipment and work areas
Manage food storage, ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored
Follow instructions from senior kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality of food
Assist with stock rotation and inventory management
