What is requested?

As a Chef de Partie (CDP), you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, and maintaining an organized, efficient workspace. You will work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the overall success of the kitchen.

We are looking for candidates with at least 3 recent years of experience in a similar role. With your expertise, you will help guide and support junior staff and maintain high culinary standards in a fast-paced environment.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station, following hygiene standards
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery

Expectations

  • At least 3 recent years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Strong communication skills for effective teamwork
  • Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and evenings
  • A passion for cooking and a commitment to cleanliness and organization
