Facilities Officer
At XPAT Housing (go to the website of XPAT Housing) // GP-Connect, we arrange temporary housing and transport for employees of staffing agencies across the Netherlands. To strengthen our team, we’re looking for a hands-on Facility Employee based in the Breda area.
What you will do
You’re on the road a lot. You visit accommodations across the country, make sure they’re clean, well-maintained, and ready for residents. You spot what needs fixing and you fix it. You support with transport, communicate with residents, colleagues, and external partners and you make sure everything runs smoothly on the ground. You work closely with the coordinator, who works alongside you.

Practically minded and technically handy
Good communicator in English, with all the different people you meet in your day-to-day work environment
Flexible, energetic, and genuinely enjoy being on the road
Knowledge of cars is a plus
No prior experience needed the right attitude and enthusiasm to learn is what we’re after
What we offer
€2,600 – €2,900 gross per month (based on 40 hours/week)
