At GP-Connect, we work with hospitality professionals from all over Europe, helping them succeed in their careers here in the Netherlands. As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will play an important role in supporting employees from their first day and throughout their entire time with us.

 Your goal? To help our clients find a good match for their team and make sure that every employee feels supported along the way!

This role is the perfect fit if you are passionate about hospitality, enjoy working with people, and want to combine HR and recruitment tasks. It is a great opportunity if you like supporting employees from start to finish, building relationships, while contributing to the company’s success by matching the right candidates with the right clients.

What you will be doing?

  • Matching candidates with the right hospitality clients from our broad and diverse network.

 

  • Supporting employees from calling them after their application, to sending them a job offer to being there for them throughout their time with us, while they work with our clients.

  • Building strong relationships with your pool of candidates and employees. Help them with all work-related questions and anything else they might need.

  • Being the go-to person for HR-related questions and making sure everything runs smoothly.

  • Working closely with different departments to ensure new employees are properly onboarded and feel supported right from the start.

What we are looking for?

  • Interest in the hospitality sector and a sales-driven mindset.

  • Experience in recruitment, or a similar role. No extensive experience? No problem. If you’re motivated, we will train you!

  • Great communication skills in English. Another language? A big plus!

  • A proactive, flexible attitude and the ability to keep up in the fast-paced environment of the hospitality sector and employment agencies.

  • Not afraid of a proactive approach, picking up the phone and setting clear expectations for the candidates and employees.

  • A passion for working in a scale-up company with no 9-to-5 mindset, as the hospitality sector requires.
